Refund policy

Because Goodbye Grease is a food-contact product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used packages. Once opened, the product cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons (similar to coffee filters, parchment paper, etc.).

We gladly accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

✅ We will replace or refund if:

  • The outer bag arrived damaged or the seal was broken on arrival.

  • You received the wrong item or incorrect quantity.

  • There is a manufacturing defect — please contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Unopened Packs

Unopened products with the factory seal fully intact may be returned within 14 days.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

❌ Not Eligible for Returns

  • Opened or used Goodbye Grease pouches

  • Packages with broken seals

  • Products returned without prior approval
